About these terms
These terms are an agreement between [Registered company name], [Registered address] ("North Hotels", "we") and the travel business that creates an account ("you", "the agency").
The service
North Hotels gives you a branded hotel booking website, access to hotel inventory through our hotel supplier, a booking engine, a dashboard, and tools to connect your own domain and your own Stripe account. Custom hotel API integrations are optional and are agreed and priced separately.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your login secure and are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be authorised to act for your business.
Your responsibilities
- You sell to your customers under your own name. You are responsible for your prices (including your markup), your customer service, and any licences or registrations travel sellers need where you operate ([for example IATA/ATOL or local tourism registration]).
- You are responsible for the content you publish on your website (text, images, logos) and must have the rights to use it.
- Guest payments are taken on your Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms. We automatically receive the hotel cost and any platform booking fee from each payment.
Hotel inventory and bookings
Hotel availability and prices come from our supplier and can change at any time. A booking is only confirmed when the hotel supplier confirms it; if it cannot be confirmed, the guest's payment is refunded automatically. Bookings are also subject to the hotel's and supplier's conditions, including cancellation rules shown at booking.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, misleading or infringing content, no attempts to access other agencies' data, no interference with the platform or our supplier, and no scraping or resale of inventory outside your website.
Fees
Subscription fees are described in our Subscription Terms. Third-party costs (card processing, domain registration, supplier fees for custom integrations) are separate.
Intellectual property
We own the platform and its software. You own your content and grant us a licence to host and display it to run your website.
Suspension and termination
You can cancel at any time (see the Subscription Terms). We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law or our suppliers. You can export your bookings before closing your account.
